Questions before you call
How much does a mini-split cost in East Contra Costa?
It depends on the number of rooms (zones), the equipment, line-set length and whether your electrical panel needs work. We quote it after a site visit.
Can a mini-split fix one hot room?
Yes. A single-zone mini-split is one of the simplest ways to cool a hot upstairs bedroom, office or sunroom without touching the main system.
Are there rebates for mini-splits in East Contra Costa?
Some, but fewer than before. TECH Clean California and California's HEEHRA heat pump rebates are fully reserved, and the federal 25C tax credit ended for systems installed after 2025. What's left for East Contra Costa homes is mainly PG&E and MCE programs (depending on your city) and BayREN's income-qualified EASE Home program. Programs change often, so we check what's open for your address when we quote.
