Serving San Marco
San Marco is about 14 miles west via SR 4 and San Marco Blvd from our Antioch shop, and we serve all of it, including Siena at San Marco, San Marco Villas, Vista Del Mar and San Marco Blvd. San Marco's first-generation systems are reaching replacement age, and we handle the City of Pittsburg permit whether your home is in an established section or a newer Siena phase. A heat pump makes the most sense in San Marco when an aging AC and furnace are both due, since one system replaces both. Many statewide heat pump rebates are closed for 2026, so when we quote we check what's still open for your address, such as MCE's home energy programs for San Marco customers and BayREN's income-qualified EASE Home program.

Is a heat pump worth it in San Marco?
Hot summers and mild winters suit heat pumps well. One system handles cooling and heating, and the Bay Area Air District's zero-NOx standard for new furnaces, scheduled for 2029, is pushing new installs toward heat pumps.
Will I need an electrical panel upgrade for a heat pump?
Sometimes. Many homes can add a heat pump on the existing panel; older 100-amp panels may need an upgrade. We check during the quote visit so there are no surprises.
Are there heat pump rebates in San Marco?
Some, but fewer than before. TECH Clean California and California's HEEHRA heat pump rebates are fully reserved, and the federal 25C tax credit ended for systems installed after 2025. What's left for San Marco homes is mainly MCE's home energy programs for San Marco customers and BayREN's income-qualified EASE Home program. Programs change often, so we check what's open for your address when we quote.
