Serving Trilogy at the Vineyards
From our Antioch shop on Wilbur Avenue, Trilogy at the Vineyards is about 9 miles south via SR 4 and Balfour Rd, and we cover the whole area, including Club Los Meganos, Trilogy Pkwy and Fairview Ave. The first Trilogy at the Vineyards homes went up in 2006, so their original systems are coming due, and we handle the City of Brentwood permit for your replacement. A heat pump makes the most sense in Trilogy at the Vineyards when an aging AC and furnace are both due, since one system replaces both. Many statewide heat pump rebates are closed for 2026, so when we quote we check what's still open for your address, such as PG&E's current programs and BayREN's income-qualified EASE Home program.

Is a heat pump worth it in Trilogy at the Vineyards?
Hot summers and mild winters suit heat pumps well. One system handles cooling and heating, and the Bay Area Air District's zero-NOx standard for new furnaces, scheduled for 2029, is pushing new installs toward heat pumps.
Will I need an electrical panel upgrade for a heat pump?
Sometimes. Many homes can add a heat pump on the existing panel; older 100-amp panels may need an upgrade. We check during the quote visit so there are no surprises.
Are there heat pump rebates in Trilogy at the Vineyards?
Some, but fewer than before. TECH Clean California and California's HEEHRA heat pump rebates are fully reserved, and the federal 25C tax credit ended for systems installed after 2025. What's left for Trilogy at the Vineyards homes is mainly PG&E's current programs and BayREN's income-qualified EASE Home program. Programs change often, so we check what's open for your address when we quote.
